*In the 2022-2023 academic year, I changed my major to Applied Education and English because I found that my passions for literature, human connection, and assisting individuals in reaching their potential was better suited in connecting the young adult audience to relatable fiction, rather than pursuing classroom teaching. My inspiration comes from helping students relate to the characters and embody the qualities they find in the materials they are reading.
